frankly speaking, the call centre need MORE MANPOWER or else i'll be answering calls like mad..now only got some 'senior' staff come back..so quiet there...
another 3 more weeks left..hope everything will be smooth sailing..no angry/mad taxpayers..
now raining cats and dogs..all clothes wet and it's going to be a good night sleep...
